Ben Budraitis

President & CEO

Ben Budraitis is President & CEO of iTruss Solutions and founder of the company.  Prior to starting iTruss Solutions in 2007, Ben spent more than 20 years in senior level management roles in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Program Management and Operations in various technology industries. The markets he has served are Fortune 500, medical, manufacturing, distribution, education, federal government, and information technology industries.  His experience includes technology company startups, turn-around management and program management of large DOI Federal Government IT and communications infrastructure operations.  Ben has a degree in Biology from Rockford College and a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizations from the University of Colorado.

Fred Horn

Sales Development Manager

Distinguished career in high-level management positions in Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing. Co-head of global equity technology for Goldman Sachs and CIO of GSAM.  Consulting partner for Ernst & Young advising global banks and asset managers on deploying latest technology. Founded a company responsible for creating a smart order router used by the NYSE for outbound order routing under Regulation NMS and FINRA’s Trade Routing Facility. Senior executive growing revenue from $5m to $180m for a technology company serving small to very large enterprises. Fred has implemented technology infrastructure for companies ranging in size from $3m to $1B. Fred has a degree in Economics from Northwestern University.

Nick Hardgrove

CTO & Lead Engineer

Nick has over 25 years of IT experience, including IT Director at the City of Laramie, Wyoming and a Field Technician in the Denver/Boulder area for 14 years. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming. During his time at the City of Laramie, he was involved in a number of large IT projects, including stabilizing network traffic, managing the City’s Y2K compliance, replaced the City’s and County’s various phone systems with a single Nortel Option 11c switch. He was involved in replacing the City’s Utility Billing, Accounting, Fire Management, Police Management, Computer-Aided Dispatch, and Public Works system with an iSeries platform called HTE (now known as SunGard Government ERP), unifying all the departments into a single ERP platform. He has setup numerous corporate networks and is constantly learning about the latest in network administration and security.
